PLEASE BE ADVISED – The 2009 Jeepey Jamboree has had more Jeeps pre booked than last year’s event.

Therefore, if it is your intention to “just turn up” on the day, you are strongly recommended to ring me (07939 243 427) before setting off on your journey.

Unfortunately, we are limited on numbers due to our insurance policy for the event, and would do not want to have refuse your admission at the gate, making it a wasted journey for you.

Anyone who is NOT pre-booked, will now be subject to a small additional admin fee of £5 on top of their normal admission charges.

ALSO IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMIND YOU THERE ARE NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED AT TONG FOR THIS EVENT AND IT IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

ALL VISTORS / GUESTS OTHER THAN DRIVER MUST REGISTER AS A PASSENGERS IN ONE OF THE BOOKED JEEPS AND THE APPROPRIATE FORMS MUST BE SIGNED

A Big Jeep weekend to remember at one of the UKs greatest off road sites - Parkwood Offroad (Tong)

The Parkwood 4x4 venue offers over 100 acres of woodland trails and features terrain suitable for novice to extreme off roaders. Includes 4x4 off road woodland and open tracks and water lagoons. Fun challenge punch sections, Trials, treasure hunts and various difficulty marked routes. Bring along your RC toys as there will be places to play with them.

Camping and basic facilities will be available. There will be other attractions, stands and trade there.

Please note that due to planning permission at parkwood the rubi-tong rock section will be out of use for 2009

Prices

Non Jeepey Members:

£60 for Weekend (camping included for Friday and Saturday Night)

£30 for the Day (Saturday or Sunday):

Jeepey Members:

£50 for the Weekend or £25 for the day

Trade is Free for a stand, but normal prices apply if going on off road course (we do ask for a minimum £20 donation for Yorkshire air ambulance charity from trade)
